New insights on emerging skills: published the 2025 reports from Skills Intelligence Emilia-Romagna
On 12 May 2025, the Spazio DUMBO in Bologna hosted an engaging and collaborative working day that brought together all the regional Clust-ER associations. Ten thematic focus groups were organised to map the demand for highly specialised skills across Emilia-Romagna’s strategic sectors.
The initiative, part of the Skills Intelligence Emilia-Romagna project promoted by the Emilia-Romagna Region and implemented by ART-ER with the support of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) 2021–2027, gathered 158 participants representing businesses, training institutions, universities, public administrations, foundations, research centres and regional stakeholders.
The Clust-ER Economia Urbana took an active role in the initiative, leading a working group dedicated to skills for the sharing economy, with a specific focus on shared spaces — a topic increasingly central to urban regeneration, social innovation and new models of sustainable city development.
